Many of you are familiar with Doraemon and the Anime that he features in. But why name this blog after a robotic cat sent from the future? Broken down in to a number of stages, the answer lies not through in directly answering this question, but rather though a combination of subset questions; each shedding light on the overall issue of the name of this blog...

Who is Doraemon?

Doraemon is a cat-like robot from the 22nd century of the future. His favorite food is dorayaki, a sweet bean paste filled bun, and his birthday is 2112-9-3. He weighs 129.3 kg, is 129.3 cm tall, can leap 129.3 cms in the air and can run 129.3 km per hour (Perfect Stats huh ). He is afraid of mice and hates rats, his ears were eaten off by rats (go figure ) . Doraemon was sent back to the 20th century because Nobita's grandson can't bear to see his grandfather suffer. So he sent Doraemon to help out with Nobita's troubles.

What is a 4th-dimensional Doorway Pocket?

Doraemon has a fourth-dimensional pocket on his abdomen from which he can take out many amazing phenomena to solve the issues of the day.

And ultimately - Why the call it Doraemon's 4th-dimensional Doorway Pocket?

Think of it this way:

(1) Each installment is one of the phenomena from the 4th-dimensional Doorway Pocket (Therefore logically making this blog a 4th-dimensional Doorway Pocket )

(2) You, the readers of this blog are the beneficiaries of the phenomena pulled from Doraemon's 4th-dimensional Doorway Pocket

(Therefore logically making you Nobita (See Who is Doraemon? if you are not unsure why))

(3) And i guess by default that makes me logically Doraemon
